Anasma will help you choreograph and stage your piece.
Before we start, please answer these questions in the body of your e-mail :
- Do you have any injuries I should be aware of?
- What is your dance background ? (level, styles, flexibility...)
- What style would you like to focus on? (please see the list below)
- Do you want to use a prop? (please see the list below)
- What occasion is it for? Who is the audience?
- What is the venue, type of floor, size of the stage, entrances and exits options
- Do you have a song already?
- Do you have a theme/ character/ storyline?
- What is your intention? your goal ? your message?
- What are your expectations?
- How technical and intricate do you want the piece to be?
- What is your deadline?
- What is your budget?
- Do you want to keep the exclusive use of the choreography ?
- How would you like to learn the material: through private classes? skype? custom made DVD?
Fees will depend on the length of the piece/ the deadline/ the terms of exclusivity/ the format of teaching (skype or DVD). Please contact Anasma by e-mail to get the rate list.

- Only for short pieces (2 minutes) : Kathak, African dance.

NB: The fusion that I will offer will have about at least 40% of bellydance moves. |

RATES
These rates are subject to change. They are applicable for dance students only. For public productions (televisions, shows,...) , the rates will be different.
The rates are as follow:
Custom made choreography creation
(prepared by Anasma ahead of time)
+ 5 hours of private or semi-private teaching: $350US. ($70 US/ hour) |
- IF Anasma can use the choreography in other projects AND
- IF we proceed through skype/or private class AND
- IF we stick to the list of styles that was primarily offered |
Meeting additional hours: each additional teaching hour that requires choreography elaboration would be $60US/hour. |
Depending on how fast we can go for the first five hours, we will complete the choreography by meeting more.
You get to choose how complex and technical you want the choreography to be. In a 4 minutes piece, if there is a LOT of technical body work (more towards Hip Hop Bellydance take needs a lot of breakdown), it will take more time for me to set and to teach. You can estimate 8 to 12 hours.
In a 4 minutes piece, if you are okay with repeting ofshort sections and using more airy and flowy movements,You can estimate the teaching from 5-7 hours. |
| For additional hours, for drilling the piece or private rate through Skype, I will apply my NYC rate: $60US/ hour. |
After that, one hour of cleaning and polishing. |
The maximum I will charge per custom made choreography is $600US.
For instance,
-in the case we are done with the choreo after a total of 5 hours,
the choreography will have cost: $350.
- in the case we are done with the choreo after a total of 7 hours,
the choreography will have cost: $350+ 2*$60= $470.
- in the case we are done with the choreo after a total of 10 hours,
the choreography will have cost: $350+ 5*$60 = $620.
-One hour of cleaning + coaching = $0.
EXTRA charges

RULES
Anasma reserves the right to refuse a project.

Anasma beleives in self- expression. Learn more about Anasma and her artistic vision .
Moves given to you can be a good challenge or a new source of knowledge and inspiration without necessarily being the perfect mach. If some movements are too technically challenging, or pushing your natural abilities too far or not expressing what you originally wanted, feel free to adapt them.
Anasma will not ne responsible for injuries happening during the practice. You know your body, please be careful.
If you utilise more than 70% of the material, it would be appreciated that you give credit to Anasma (as a Choreographer) in the programs, videos etc.
